Performance measurement is a very important part and a core content ofcorporation’s human resource management. The paper first sums up domestic andinternational performance management situations and analyze relevant theories, and thenexpound the meaning of performance measurement and theory references. According tothe present situation of GS college360degree performance appraisal system, it points outthat there are many problems. Based on the current lack of performance appraisal, it givesthe corrected countermeasures.At the same time, all index weights of performance appraisal are equal. For solvingthis problem, the author takes teaching quality assessment for example and sets variousindicators’ right using the analytic hierarchy process. We can only select "yes" or "no"when quantifying indicators, but no middle transition, which is seriously inconsistent withthe realities. The author sets five grades using fuzzy evaluation method and the principleof the maximum degree of to evaluate subjects. Recommendations are given to furtherimprove the teaching and research workload accounting, and eventually form a morereasonable system. Meanwhile, the feedback mechanism of assessment is unreasonable.So we should improve the feedback mechanisms, and suggest improvements to the lack ofassessment. Meanwhile, it is recommended to strengthen the incentives, promptingteachers to improve their professional quality.Finally, we find that the new system is superiority through the empirical analysis. Wehope give some useful reference and help to GS College teacher performance appraisaland management through this study.
