" The blossom and decay of nation leans upon the education; educational success depends on teachers." As the rapid development of informational process of education in our country, the professional growth and development of information technology teacher have become an important research topic. Educational practice Contact the teaching theory and the practice ,which is the key links in the program in which a student become a teacher.The practice of Infonnation Technology Education profession in college associates the infonnation technology education theory with the teaching posts of infonnation technology in primary and secondary schools , and it is an important factor to test and train the qualified primary and secondary school teachers in information technology education.In this thesis, my investigation and research begins from the analysis to information technology education occupation in primary and secondary school, mainly pays attention to the importance function of the educational practice to the practical education of the infonnation technology education profession (the majar of computer education and the majar of educational technology)in normal university, and the data of the investigation and research comes form the training and practice of infonnation technology education Relevant professions in 29 colleges and universities in 16 province.I ascertained the research ideas based on the analysis to the results of the predecessors. And I ensure the objectivity,the authenticity add accuracy of research through the questionnaire survey, read the literature, comparative analysis, on-site observation, discussion and visit, telephone interviews, Cronbach-Alpha testing,Delphi testing, and other research methods.Through the research in four areas including the primary and secondary schools teachers in information technology courses, the students in educational pactice of information technology education profession in college and university, the guidance teachers in educational practice, the students in primary and secondary school, based on the speciality of the informational technology education profession and the special situation reflected in the investigation, such as practice content, guidance teachers for practice, practice time, pratice curriculum, and several other major issues, I brought forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Finally based on the reality in reseach, learnt from some research results of other experts and scholars in this area ,combined basic teaching theory and specific practice application ,my thesis proposed and discussed the theory and practice of "mission-driven 2 dimensionality education practice model" about the infonnation technology education professionon of primary and secondary school."Mission-driven 2 dimensionality education practice model" is the new education practice mode that combined the teaching practice and the professional technique practice information technology education in primary and secondary schools in the process of education practice, highlight the comprehensive practice activity of looked the specific educational practice mission-modules as orientation, according the two dimensionality including practice time and practice content.The new education practice mode is put forward based on the systems scientice theory, the construction theory, multiple intelligence theory, education spread theory, educational evaluation theory .It is in response to the framework to integrate theory with practice (practice - theory -practice), as well as the two-way interaction between teaching and learning (teaching====learning)in a certain extent.According to the effectiveness ,the thesis emphasize on the practice process of mode, that are preparatory process for practice, the specific implementation process, the evaluation and sum-up process. In specific implementation stage, According to the survey, author gave some pertinence proposal on the organize for practice,the arrangement for practice time, and the planning for practice content,etc.This article can look forward to cause the attention of research in information technology education to the educational practice in its profession,which can promote the development of subject in a certain extent, and improve the professional skills of students, enhance the advantage for employment of the graduates. We have reasons to believe that these studies will improve the educational practice work of the education information technology profession in primary and secondary school (educational technology profession and computer education profession).
