From the practice education of pedagogical departments, with the aim of raising the talented person and the importance of the practice teaching in the higher normal colleges and universities'educational technology, this article invest and study the education practice situation of educational technology of the higher normal colleges and universities which in Jilin Province. First analyzed the research background, then determined the research mentality, and used the education scientific research method such as survey, literature reading, the comparative analysis, the discussion visits and so on, in order to ensure this research objective, the authenticity and the accuracy.Through investing two aspects which embrace the situation about students of educational technology who take part in practice teaching and the evaluation which from the practice units, with the particularity of the educational technology and the special detail from the investigation, such as the form and the content of practice, the teachers who to instruct, the students, the time, the curriculum and so on, this article proposed a series of measures and proposals, for example, the establishment of educational training base. Finally, embarked from the practice teaching and the specialized practice, proposed and discussed the theory and the practice of the dual practice model.The dual practice model is the new practice pattern that in the practice teaching process, emphasizes the features of integrated practice, and combines the education teaching practice and the professional training. It is based on science, educational communication and evaluation. Based on the effectiveness, this article elaborated mainly practice process, which is the preparatory process, the implementation process and the evaluation process. Also according to the findings of the investigation of the implementation process, proposed the organization, the time, the content and the plans of the practice.Look forward to cause the attention on teaching practice research in current field of educational technology. Meanwhile to promote the development of the subject, enhance the professional skills of the students, increase the employment superiority of graduates. Also hope to be able to provide constructive reference and the feasibility of approach to formulate plan of internship for teaching practice in educational technology.
