This experiment combined education establishment with community to make it as a resource, which could be used by the community. As the time goes on, the internal part of community education has continuously expanded and becomes more acceptable to nations and is going to be a phenomenon and trend in the modern international education. Starting from 1980s, with the reform and development of China, domestic community education was also blooming and became a bridge to connect people with different income level, various political position and educational level. In this way, it made it possible that the mutual communication, mutual understanding and mutual exchange between mass and individual with various education backgrounds. In the new century, study has become a lifelong activity. Formal education is no longer the only way to carry on one's study. The community education is becoming more and more important and now entering into the focal point of our society. The rapid development of the community education has attracted many specialists to carry on the study of it!This essay sets as an example the community school in Dachang County to carry on the study on the government propel and citizen self-administration in community education.
