The behavior of evade is a socialization behavior developed in the conflict between children's survive and the environment of rules, study it can help us to get the truth of the transformation in mentality about children's socialization progress, find out the feature of children's rule cognition, enrich the thesis of children's socialization.This reseach adopt the qualitative method to observe child's evade behabior and interview them, note the result by use the technique of particular description.coding and analyse it after get the data, show the general situation though quatitative Stat. , divide types and disclose the feature, then analysis the reason, put forward some educational proposals.The reseach find out, evade behavior is composed of four elements, include evader, object, behavior and result. It represent three features:result's departure, related action, self-regarded motivation, it is a stratgical behavior.On the basis of different evade objecion, evade behavor could be divided into two types: point to teacher and point to accompanier;accoding to the stratgy, it could be divided into the diction evade and action evade; by results it could be divided into totally success; partial success and failure. Study also found that, children's evade behavior often occur in the time of activity's transition, they often use self-interest attribution to expain themselves, and evade object often influence the stratgy and the result; teacher often adjust their own behavior to suit children's need.Children's evade behavior is formed by multi-elements, it happened on the premis of needs' conflict, be impelled by self-interest, children's cognitive feature and the regulation combined to influence it . In face of the child's evade behavior,teacher should have a correct attitude first, then establish perfect regulation system, understand child and provide assistment for child's socialization.
