While the new knowledge that is emerging continually demands that people learn all through their life, the development of science technology and the advance of society also expects people to improve their innovation ability. Due to the advantages of being vivid and abundant as well as being spread conveniently, digital learning resources enable people to break the space-time limitation to choose the place and time to learn anytime and anywhere just according to their own needs, which inspires the learners' creativity, offers the opportunity for people to learn all the life and makes the exertion of innovation ability possible. Therefore, it is of great significance to do the research of self-regulation learning model based on digital learning resources.First, this paper defines the related conceptions, illustrates the current situation of self-regulation learning model as well as problems remained, and on the basis of analyzing the features of digital learning resources study the classification of digital learning resources and the mechanism of interaction between digital learning resources and the learners from the point of learning outcomes theory. According to the questionnaire survey and several analyses, it argues that compared with traditional learning resources, digital learning resources enjoy great advantages in supporting self-regulation learning, and then the feasibility and capability of the research has been indirectly proved. Consequently, on the basis of the related theories about self-regulation learning model and digital learning resources and above research foundation, this paper launches investigation, as a result of which, the theories of instructional, learning and information communication employs to arrange the type of self-regulation learning based on digital learning resources, then, chooses two of them to investigate the design and the frame of the model separately, and discuses the functions, features, the application condition, and the problems that should be paid attention to. Finally, the paper gives a simple description about the prospect of the model.
