| From the perspective of the development trend of global education,many countries integrate the cultivation of social emotional ability into the curriculum system and achieve certain results through the implementation and application of curriculum teaching.As an important part of social emotional ability,the cultivation of emotional regulation ability is not only related to the healthy growth of students’ body and mind,but also can effectively reduce the occurrence of students’ problem behavior.However,there is a lack of scientific and effective research on how to effectively carry out social emotional learning in the classroom teaching process to cultivate students’ emotional regulation ability and how to construct a teaching design model to cultivate students’ emotional regulation ability.Under the guidance of SECI model,social learning theory,knowledge construction theory,situational cognition theory and emotional social construction theory,and on the basis of literature research method,investigation research method,action research method,quasi-experimental research method and classroom observation method,the following researches are carried out:First of all,the basic concepts of digital game-based learning,social emotional learning,social emotional ability,emotional regulation ability and instructional design model are defined according to existing literature and relevant research.The value of existing research is explored and research problems are found through relevant research status at home and abroad,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the initial instructional design model.Secondly,from the perspective of theoretical basis and empirical basis for the construction of instructional design model,this paper analyzes the relationship between SECI model,digital game-based learning and the cultivation of students’ emotional regulation ability as well as the advantages in the development process of the cultivation of students’ emotional regulation ability,and constructs the basic principles of instructional design model.An instructional design model with SECI model as the research framework and digital game-based learning as the basis for cultivating students’ emotional regulation ability is constructed.Thirdly,based on the practice school,the teaching experiment is designed to develop the Q-C-Q comprehensive evaluation system of students’ emotional regulation ability in order to verify the effect of teaching experiment.Finally,through the iterative design of two rounds of action studies interspersed with quasi-experimental studies,the initial instructional design model is applied to the teaching process of emotion regulation.Based on the first round of classroom activity observation,interviews between teachers and students and teachers’ teaching reflection,the initial instructional design model is revised in the first round,and the revised instructional design model is applied to the second round of teaching experiment.At the end of the second round of teaching experiment,the revised teaching design model of the first round was improved according to the second round of classroom activity observation,teacher and student interview records and teachers’ teaching reflection,and the effectiveness of the teaching design model on cultivating students’ emotional regulation ability was verified by questionnaire survey.It is found that compared with the original instructional design model,the application effect of the modified instructional design model in the process of teaching experiment has been significantly improved,especially in the process of problem review,discussion and report.Through the addition of auxiliary tools,the teaching design mode that ultimately cultivates students’ emotional regulation ability can be formed to ensure the normal development of teachers’ teaching progress and the maintenance of students’ enthusiasm for classroom performance.The application of the teaching design model with SECI model as the research framework and the cultivation of students’ emotional regulation ability based on digital game-based learning can effectively improve students’ emotional regulation ability,especially in the dimensions of emotional cognition,emotional understanding,emotional expression and emotional regulation.This study provides an experimental research case for the curriculum teaching research of social emotional learning,but the cultivation of social emotional ability needs a long process,and the teaching design model constructed by this study still needs to be revised and improved to meet the needs of students’ social emotional ability cultivation. |
