| Under the circumstances of the present situation of students and the demands from the present times, the subject of this paper is brought on. Afterwards, existing misunderstanding in the practical appliance of "interest-oriented teaching method" are pointed out. For the rest of the paper, specific tactics to put this teaching method into the practice of vocational high school Chinese teaching are expounded.The paper consists of 4 parts:First,the necessities and possibilities of taking "interest-oriented teaching method" in vocational high school Chinese teaching. Generally, the vocational high school students didn't lay a good groundwork for Chinese and they don't have interest in it. What's more, the current Chinese teaching methods in vocational high school are both impracticable and constricted, which could not arouse any interest of students at all. All those make it urgently necessary to put "interest-oriented teaching method" into practice. In the meantime, the development of teaching faculty, improvement of vocational high school Chinese teaching material and the thriving curricular reform make it realistic and possible.Second,specific tactics to apply "interest-oriented teaching method" in vocational high school Chinese teaching. Specific tactics to apply the teaching method are mainly focused on the practical level. It requires teachers to be able to add or abridge the teaching materials moderately and to get a keen sense of the changing times. It emphasizes aesthetics and practicality in teaching. In conclusion, there should be vocational features in vocational high school Chinese teaching.Three,the survey of taking "interest-oriented teaching method" in vocational high school Chinese teaching. The analysis is obtained from questionnaires. Compared with the traditional methods, the "interest-oriented teaching method" can work incredibly well in reaching the goal of vocational high school Chinese teaching and doing good to the students with their Chinese learning.Last,specific cases of taking "interest-oriented teaching method" in vocational high school Chinese teaching. Combined with the cases, actual attempts are discussed. There is teaching reflection in the process of its practice as well.
