| The humanity has already entered the "reading image time". The emergence of the massive visual information proposed the unprecedented request to the human visual literacy. The visual literacy, just like language literacy, is playing more and more important role in the people's study, work and life. It becomes the essential part of the human comprehensive accomplishment. However, to the most people especially to the primary and middle school students who grow in the "reading image time", visual literacy needs to make an improvement because of the impact of the traditional education on ignoring the cultivating of visual literacy. The cultivating of primary and middle school teachers' visual literacy has double meanings, both to themselves and to their students.It has complied with the tidal current in teacher training that raising the teachers' visual literacy by the way that has based on school training. It is the efficient way that guaranteed the success of teacher visual literacy cultivation. This article discussed the key questions on the aim, principal, content and ways of primary and middle school teachers' visual literacy training from two aspects of theory and practice, according to the primary and middle school teachers' characteristic, the visual literacy connotation, essential factor and the way of cultivation, uniting the main school-based teacher training's method and pattern. Furthermore, the author proposed: it should also be advanced revolving the visual culture accumulation and visual "read-write" ability trainings in the school-based teachers' visual literacy training, the principles should be adopted to unify with the teachers' specialization development, to unify the knowledge accumulation with ability training, to use fully informationization support; it must organically unify content explanation, actual operation, collective exchange and individual development in the concrete training method and therefore the best training effect is obtained. |
