Psychologists find that 20% of one success in career and happiness of life depends on the factor of the intelligence and 80% depends on non-intelligence factor, As a result ,the non-intelligence factor education has received more and more concerns of the whole society in recent years.In the process of the New Curriculum Reform, the most important change is the establishment of the three-dimensional goals of teaching .One of the goals is the presentation of emotions, attitudes and values. In other words, the emphasis put on the non-intelligence factors should be placed in every simple course design and teaching behavior.People generally think the intelligence factor contains six aspects: attention, observation, imagination, memory, thinking, creativity. Non-intellectual factor mainly refer to those psychological factors that do not participate in the cognitive process, but that play a directly restrictive role in it, including motivation, interest, motion, will, temperament, character an so on. The students with normal intelligence in the same learning environment for learning results often vary. Investigating its reason, the most important is the difference of non-intelligence factor. Paying attention to the effects the non-intelligence factors have on students' studies and developing the positive non-intelligence factors are beneficial to the improvement of education quality.This paper elaborates the theoretical analysis of students' non-intelligence factors affecting the study of students and summarizes teachers' attempts in developing students' non-intelligence from enhance emotion, stimulating motivation, cultivating interest, steel one's will and so on. It indicates that the students of testing class are more enthusiastic and active than the students of ordinary class. They have strong consciousness in the independent study and raise doubts and difficult questions for discussion, demonstrating some depth while pondering over questions, they can control one's own study course and can propose some valuable questions effectively in the course of study. And they also try their best to solve the problems. The students will make obvious on studying will and quality and do better in expressing their feelings freely.
