Quality Of Moral Education Teachers In The Network Environment

University is the forefront of network development. At present, the college students are the largest groups who use the internet. With the development of the network information and education, the number of university students like surfing on the internet. The development of networks directly affects the survival of the contemporary university students, including their study and living. The network brings the global awareness of contemporary to university students, including their information, knowledge and the concept of equality, at the same time, the network brings negative impact on different levels to university students in ideological, moral, and psychological. It not only brings about unprecedented challenges to the university moral education, but also brings the higher quality of moral education teachers. Moral teachers are the organizers and perpetrators in the moral education; the quality of moral teachers affects the moral education work and results. Therefore, I have done a more in-depth study on the quality of the moral teachers under the network environment.I divide this thesis is into three parts: in the first part, I mainly discuss the formation and characteristics under the network environment, and analysis the opportunities and challenges which the network environment brings to the moral education, On basis of this analysis, I propose some demands to the moral teachers under the network environment; in the second part, I summarize some qualities which the moral teachers should possess, such as: ideological and political qualities; the moral and psychological, and gives the detailed elaboration; In the third part, I propose some ways which how to improve the quality of moral teachers under the network environment.
