Comparative Research On Moral Education Management In Universities Between Taiwan And Mainland Under The Network Environment

With the development of Internet technology,adds the communication tools of changes with each passing day,the so-called Internet era comes,it goes deep into all areas of material life and spiritual life of human beings,and it is changing the way of our life and the mode of our thinking.To undergraduates, the college life is a critical period of their growth---both of physical and psychological, and all of the things are attractive, but no more attractive things than the Internet, because they can go into a whole new world only by click mouse. The Internet not only brings a great deal of information and convenient living environment for undergraduates, but also brings the difficulty of information selection and judgment along with the effect of anomic behaviors. All of these make college moral education management face a lot of problems, at the same time bring new challenges for the college moral education management. Because of this background, this thesis will put forward the significant inspiration to college moral education management in mainland by studied the current situation of college moral education management under network environment in Tai Wan.From four aspects----management projects, management principles, management content and management styles of moral education, the thesis launched an investigation to current situation of college moral education management under network environment in mainland and in Tai Wan, and analyzed the different characteristics between college moral education management in mainland and in Tai Wan. On the basis, this thesis proposed four suggestion: firstly, management project of college moral education management in mainland should pay more attention to the combination of ideological and legal education; secondly, management principles of college moral education managers in mainland should attach great importance to the combination of commonness and individuality; thirdly, management content of college moral education managers in mainland should on the combination of vertical management and standard; fourthly, management style of college moral education managers in mainland should think highly of the combination of advantages and diversity.
