Study On The Moral Education Underinterner Of Students In Advanced Vocational Schools

In recent years, the higher vocational-technical education have rapidly expanded in China. The number of colleges and students have increased largely.The higher vocational-technical educational pattern preliminary formated and has occupied half of higher education domain, and is playing more and more vital role in the socio-economic development.The higher vocational-technical colleges cultivate the students who adapt to production, construction, the management, the service to the first line needs and the students with high-level technical management application, the talented skilled person.The higher vocational-technical colleges cultivate ten million of workers counts the high quality pedagogues , its student's moral education condition will affect the Chinese nation in the future. But, along with the higher vocational education's popularity, the quality of the students complicated day by day. These students with different school record level, educational level, physiological psychology , the overall quality level is uneven, which increased difficulty of moral education work greatly, and this also serious influence the quality and prestige of colleges . Especially in recent years, with the fast development and the application of network , the huge challenge and the opportunity have been faced by the colleges , and also set the new request to the quality of the colleges' moral education work. Therefore, closely regarding the characteristic of colleges' students , fully understanding the colleges student's moral education present situation under the network environment , and analyzes its existence the questions as well as the influencing factors, then proposed to corresponding the solutions has become urgently needed discussion in academic circle .This article mainly focus on the network environment, carries on the analysis on influencing factor in four aspects:t moral education work's rationale, the environment, the present situation, the influences。First introduced the related concepts in this paper , as well as the enlightenment that Marxism correlation theories shows to the network environment of the moral education work ;Then analyzed huge transformation of the colleges' moral education environment from social, family, the school separately, which has promulgated the stern of colleges moral education environment ,under the present network influences.Depending to the reality, this paper has analyzed the characteristics of colleges students , unified the above factors to obtain new characteristics of colleges' moral education work under the network environment.At the same time, through the questionnaires and the empirical analysis, summarized overall condition of colleges 'moral education under the network environment and also some new changes. and under the multianalysis current student behaviores under the network environment then pointed out difficult position that the moral education work faced under network environment.Then analyzed factors on superiority,inferiority,opportunity and threat the colleges moral education work faced under the network environment .The goal is that through these factor analysis, causes it to become the colleges moral education work countermeasure research theory basis.Finally, in the foundation of synthesizes each kind of influencing factors and the empirical study's conclusions , proposed to the conformity of network educational resources, and establishmoral education work troop , in profits from the former quality of colleges' moral education work, also proposed to find new methods and strategies under the innovation network environment and to expand the moral education work's content, meanwhile proposed to set up safeguards and method under safeguard network environment to ensure the quality of colleges' moral education work .From this we may see, this thesis has certain research significance, and hope that can provide some references for our country's moral education work under network environment.
