With the development of quality-oriented education and issuance of new curriculum standards and actualization of new curriculum, modem instructional technology has been implied into education, becoming the breach of the new round of course and teaching reform. However, in face of the advanced technology and pedagogical methods, the teachers of primary and middle schools feel con fused and puzzled. Interactive Whiteboard recognized by the world as an effective improvement of teacher-student interaction teaching tools, teachers have to take the initiative to participate in the creation of the scenarios students will be beneficial to classroom teaching efficiency and effectiveness. But it is easy to overlook the fact that teachers teaching methods, students study habits and cultural way of thinking has also been constraints. Limited to the modernization of technical equipment level, It is very difficult to play the advantages of the new technology.Teacher culture is the way of thinking, behavior and emotional way as a specific social group. It is deeply hidden in the process of teaching practice, It is the "invisible hand" and "behind-the-scenes operator" and throughout the whole teaching and learning process, which directly regulate teachers teaching and learning activities and teaching behavior.In this paper, in whiteboard teaching environment, the author use of qualitative research methods, by two teachers' whiteboard classroom teaching observation and reflection, to find cultural impacts to the teacher-student interaction. The author made some suggestions for teachers' culture negative influence, in order to increase teacher-student interaction for reference.This paper has five chapters. Chapter one is Introduction, introduced the significance of this paper and the concept defined. The second chapter is the summary as well as research methods of the study. In the third chapter, the author describes the two school teachers' long-term observation, and analyzed the infection of teacher to their class. Chapter four is the conclusion of the study. The author analyzes characteristics and the performance of teacher cultural in class. In chapter five the author promotes the recommendations to overcome the negative impact of teacher cultural.
