This paper attempts to study"chemistry differentiating instruction"theory from the relation among theories of"teach students in accordance with their aptitudes","individual teaching","classing teaching separately","group teaching separately"."The chemistry differentiating instruction"is the teaching which makes use of and looks after a student individual difference in the class collective teaching, and meets a student individual difference requirement, promotes a student individual difference development.This paper is beginning from investigating and analyzing the present situation of chemistry differentiating instruction and the understanding of chemistry teacher, obtaining the real information of chemistry differentiating instruction, clearing the direction of my paper. In base of this, my paper brings up the strategy and suggestions of differentiating instruction: (1) Before the teaching—measure the differentiation of students. Understanding the differentiation of students is a necessary premise of bring differentiating instruction. (2) In the teaching—goals, contents, methods. The teaching goals ought to in the recent development of students, and prompt the latent development changes into the actual development. We ought to adjust the teaching contents in base of the systematic, acceptable and practicable, in accordance with the preparation, interest and style. The specific strategy includes"flexible group teaching","compress curriculum"and"make use of many textbooks and materials". The teaching method ought to diversify in order to adapt the different study style of students. (3) After the teaching—different assessment.
