For the students in class, their individuality, family backgrounds , interests and study styles all exist a dissimilarity, both their study demands and ability developments are inconsistent. The traditional education pattern and the unification teaching appraisal dampened the partial student's enthusiasm seriously. In order to change this position, our country started to carry on the eighth large-scale curriculum reform, the core idea of this reform is: "for our nation's revival, for each student's development". Thorough reforms that along with the curriculum, "chemistry differentiating instruction" will certainly to become the educational reform tendency. It pays close attention to the students individuality developments, meets the different students' study needs, promotes fully development for each student on the original foundation .From ancient to present, various scholars and educationalists from different countries are devoted to the teachmg researches that satisfy the students individuality developments. By studying history , we can find that the thought of "differentiating instruction" have spread in various teaching theories. The theory has obtained very big development: in Ancient times Kong Zi "teaches students in accordance with their aptitudes"; modern "individual teaching" and "the layering teaching separately"; "differentiating instruction". On the bases of domestic and foreign "differentiating instruction" theories , this paper proposes an effective and feasible "chemistry differentiating instruction model".This paper attempts to study "chemistry differentiating instruction" theory from following aspects: connotation ,value orientation, and the relation among theories of "teaches students in accordance with their aptitudes", "individual teaching", the "layering teaching separately". The "differentiating instruction" developed the above theories well. " The chemistry differentiating instruction" is the teaching which makes use of and looks after a student individual difference in the class collective teaching , and is the teaching that "protect bottom not seal a crest", promotes the biggest development.The rationales of "the chemistry differentiating instruction" are Gardner's "Multiple intelligences" , Blume's "mastery learning theory" and "differentiating psychology". This paper discussed how to use the "differentiating instruction" in class, proposed a pattern of "differentiating instruction": take tests on the students , establish teaching targets and adjust course contents on the bases of the student's interest, the study style and the preparation level. Next, divide the students into the different elastic groups, design the laminal teaching duty together with the students,carry on the appraisal. In the last chapter of the paper, the author put it into practice and carry on research combing some concrete cases.Although the "differentiating instruction" already obtained the general educator's attention and understanding ,there are mang problems on the implementations of "differentiating instruction". The "differentiating instruction" model in the paper still have many deficiencies. It needs improvement and supplement . I hope it will be an inspiration and thus be any help to the teacheres.
