China And United States Teacher Education Technology Standards "is A Comparative Study

China and the United States in information technology education society attaches great importance to the building of technical capacity of teachers, respectively developed educational technology standards for teacher. Teacher's Educational technology standards play an important role for the professional development of teachers, the training of teachers, simultaneously also provide the case which for the integration of Educational Technology and discipline to use for reference.Through data analysis , this research makes the comparison of two standards. the main contents are the formulation, text content, implementation, assessment and case analysis, also concludes with some thinking of educational technology standards, in order to find what are the common ,what are the differences, which is important to revise and improve the standards.This study on the educational technology standards for teachers discusses and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, which are cycling, continuous deepening the process.This paper mainly makes use of literature, history, comparative studies, case studies, and other methods. that's the integrated use of a variety of methods, in order to get a correct conclusion. In this paper, through the analysis and comparison, the writer find the educational technology teachers required in the technical capacity of knowledge, ability, and emotional aspects have many similarities. the difference is that teachers face different information environment, that integration of educational technology and curriculum to different degrees. the assessment of the education and training of china has larger space to develop.
