With the promotion of the present Kindergarten Curriculum Reform in our country, Kindergarten-based Curriculum Development becomes the hot problem in the Kindergarten Curriculum Reform, more and more kindergartens devote to this practice. Kindergarten-based Curriculum Development relates closely to the integration and utilization of Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources, so the integration and utilization of Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources becomes important. The study uses document method, analysis, survey, in order to enrich the theoretical research of Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources, at the same time, provides some useful guidances.Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources refers to the total of all manpower resources, material resources and natural resources utilized in the course of the Kindergarten-based Curriculum Development. In details, it means a variety of factors of achieving kindergarten curriculum and teaching objectives. On the one hand, it includes the direct factors and necessary implemental conditions that build up kindergarten curriculum and teaching. On the other hand, it also includes various factors contributing to the curriculum evaluation and improvement, which is the essential premise for the development of Kindergarten-based Curriculum. The integration and utilization of the Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources is that in order to achieve the aims of kindergarten education, according to the needs of kindergarten education activities , integrate the different types, different aspects of the curriculum resources, through integration of the available Curriculum Resources, combine the various resources and curriculum content, and accomplish the teaching task accordingly, so as to achieve the kindergarten education optimally. The integration and utilization of the Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources is necessary to balance curriculum resources, because curriculum resources are important to the fulfilling of curriculum objectives. So as to display the various curriculum resources fully, they must be integrated reasonably in accord with the fulfilling of curriculum objectives. At the same time, the integration of the Curriculum Resources provides resources for the integration of curriculum. The integration and utilization of the Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources helps to promote course construction, and promote the development of kindergarten, promote all-round development of the children and train their initiative spirit; enhance professional level of teachers, and promote their professional development. The integration and utilization of the Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources has scientific bases, it is established on the Ecology of Human Development, the Theory of Self-concept, Economic Theory of Education, Theory of Gestalt Psychology, Theory of Collaboration System and Social Interaction Theory, etc.Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources consist of many kinds of elements. Particularly it mainly includes the kindergarten resources, the family resources, the community resources, the digital information resources, etc. Integrating these resources will generally follow principles such as Integrity, Economy, Openness, Effectiveness, Appropriateness, Development, etc. Through the integration of resources in the kindergarten, the integration of the kindergarten and family resources, the integration of kindergarten and community resources, the integration of kindergarten and digital information resources. The integration and utilization of curriculum resources generally go through the following four steps: defining objectives, the assessment and survey of resources, and implementation of the curriculum resources, evaluation of the effect. These steps are not a rigid linear action, but rather a dynamic process of rolling development with continuous adjustment and reinforcement, in accordance with the actual situation in kindergarten.Because the study of curriculum resources is not thorough and enough, leading to the lack of the correct guidance of the theory, inevitably there will be some problems in the implementation of integration and utilization, such as teachers lack strong awareness and ability of integration and utilization of the Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources; the structural imbalance of integrated curriculum resources; kindergartens lack a sound curriculum resources management and evaluation system. In light of these problems, combining the theory in the article, the author tried to put forward some suggestions or countermeasures: strengthen training of teacher, enhance their ability to integrating and using of Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources; Construct rationally and optimize the structure of integration and utilization of Kindergarten-based Curriculum Resources, set up and improve the system of the integration of curriculum resources, etc.
