As the kindergarten curriculum reform in China, Kindergarten-based curriculum (KBC) trends are becoming evident, more and more kindergarten begins to value and active into curriculum exploitation practice. The curriculum resources as the important part of KBC play an important role in the process. KBC resources mainly refer to the kindergarten based on their actual, integrate and utilize all the resources, including human, material and natural resources. Effective development curriculum resources have important significance. It can promote children all-round development, enhancing teachers'quality, create characteristic to the kindergarten.The research methods of this thesis are interview, observation and document. Through investigation and research of Xi'an kindergarten, find out the main questions in the process of KBC resources exploitation and utilization, analyze the reasons, and provide some suggestions,The research mainly contains 5 parts:The first part mainly describes some basic theoretical problems:research origin,target,significances; Background of recent studies and define the characteristics of related concepts.The second part mainly describes the status about the KBC resources exploitation and utilization in Xi'an Kindergartens. It shows that:①the preschool teachers willing to participate in Curriculum exploitation;②the majority of Garden Nursery leadership attaches great importance to the Curriculum exploitation;③Garden Nursery is working to exploit additional resources;④part of the Public Park in curriculum exploitation and utilization of resources has played a leading and exemplary role;⑤Private Park Development Park of the curriculum resources of teachers are highly enthusiastic;⑥Administrative departments of education is support for this work. But the kindergarten in Xi'an show many problems, for example, exploitation level is low, structure is single and suppose is not strong.The third part mainly analysis of the reasons:The main reason is that the teacher lack of exploitation curriculum resources consciousness and ability, lack of open and democratic kindergarten management systems, curriculum resources exploitation lack of effective substance in jeopardy disabled and social support, etc. The forth part mainly gave some suggests:Conduct multi-level and diversification of training for teachers, establish and improve the management and the safeguard mechanism of the KBC resources exploitation and utilization, exploit and organic integration curriculum resources, etc.The fifth part is Researchers'reflections. For example:lack of data obtained on quantitative analysis; interview is not deep enough; few studies of private kindergartens and so on. Finally, for the Study limitations, the researcher proposed for further research.
