View Of Popularization Of The Context Of The Quality Of Graduate Education

With the increasing expand enrollment in 1999, higher education of China has entered into a popular stage. Similarly, the postgraduate education of China also has developed rapidly and the scalar of enrollment increased yearly. The number of postgraduate enrollment has increased from 72,500 in 1998 to 1,170,000 in 2006. The view of traditional higher education quality was confronted with a new challenge. Thus, accurate understanding of postgraduate education quality, setting quality view of science, has 90become a question for discussion in China education field. Based on this point, the paper investigated the view of postgraduate education quality of China, analyzed synthetically the factor which affected the postgraduate education quality of China, and pointed out interrelated policy which could promote the healthy development of postgraduate education of China.This paper utilized comparative method, using popular study as background, investigated the view of postgraduate education quality from principle, macroscopic and microcosmic aspects in current China. It provided methodology foundation for analyzing the factor and measure which affected the promotion of postgraduate education. The paper contained four chapters. The first chapter put questions and introduced the research method and idea. The second chapter pointed out the theory background of education quality and view of quality under popular background. The third chapter summarized the main factor that affects postgraduate education quality of china. The fourth chapter put forward how to construct the view of postgraduate education quality under popular background.
