Since 1980s, there is a reflective ethos in teachers' education domain in the world. It accelerated the professional development of teachers. Now, many education theory researchers in universities walk into schools with equal and talked partner pose. And this formed the background of university-school cooperation. In order to improve the professional development of teachers, they take part in the educational practice.With the instruction of reflecting teaching theory, together with the advantage of university-school cooperation, how to develop and improve the measures of teachers' reflecting instruction and how to construct a platform for research teachers to grow are discussed in the study.Combined with the improvements made by the educated scholars in their professional field of reflecting instruction, the following conclusions can be drawn through the research of reflecting instruction:1. It's good for the school to improve by conducting reflecting instruction through university-school cooperation. For example, it can improve the consciousness and ability of teaching and research, it can help teachers to be away from experience in instruction and also it can create an atmosphere of research and cooperation.2. Some measures should be taken to improve the university-school cooperation. These measures are: construct platform of cooperation with the support of policy; create chances for cooperation with the drive of task; reflect thoroughly by the way of equal and talked partner pose; make great progress in both sides and benefit each other.University-school cooperation is of great importance to teachers' professional development with the exertion of two sides' advantages.
