The traditional teacher professional development emphasis through professional training outside the control of the teachers with the knowledge, the technology development of sexual orientation to educational practice of teachers as a simple technical operation of the control process, while ignoring the teacher as a "whole person" in the self-education, self-learning and self-development process to explore the main role. "reflective teaching" as a basis to promote the professional growth of teachers "Practice-Reflections on" approach has been widely recognized by the education sector to promote the professional development of teachers an effective way. Reflection is a form of problem solving involes active,persistent behavior to review,analysis and reconstruct the practice,intending to achieve teacher professional development. Which is critical thinking process from the unconscious becomes conscious, becomes rational from the emotional, and practice of teaching "reading" and "reconstruction" in improving teaching practice is reasonable. Teaching reflection of the significance of the professional development of teachers is to promote professional knowledge, abilities, beliefs, awareness of professional quality constantly update and perfect the structure, Therefore,teacher can transform the role of imparter which is empirical and technological into the role of reflective practitioner which is researchful and specialistic.The article combining documents, questionnaires, individual interviews research methods, based on the current inspection of the first-lineteachers, from the habits of teachers based on subjective factors and objective factors the school field reveals two factors that affect teachers reflect on, and on this basis to promote the professional development of teachers made to point to reflect on the teaching of the three strategies.The essay is divided into five chapters.
