Object: Previously study show that aerobic work capacity was influenced by hemorheological properties. Four weeks HiHiLo training was observed by this study in order to know what effect wiil be on body's aerobic work capacity and hemorheological properties. This study tries to know whether the changes of hemorheological properties caused by 4-weeks HiHiLo is the one of mechanism that lead to the improved of exercise performance.Six well-trained kickboxing players (six women) completed a 4-weeks HiHiLo training program. 3ml blood simples were obtained from subject at the day before HiHiLo; three-day of HiHiLo; the day after HiHiLo.This study shows: (1) After 4-weeks HiHiLo training, aerobic work capacity improved as PWC170 and 4000m improved significantly, but Vo2max did not change significantly. (2) After 4-weeks HiHiLo training, hemorheological properties have some well changes in quiet time such as decreas in blood viscosities; improve of RBCand HCT; and improve of Dimax.but Hb did not change significantly. (3) After 4-weeks HiHiLo training, at the end of equivalent exercise, the changes of hemorheological properties less than pre- HiHiLo. at the end of equivalent exercise, red cell deformability after 4-weeks HiHiLo higher than pre- HiHiLo significantly; Blood viscosities after 4-weeks HiHiLo lower than pre- HiHiLo significantly; (4) A submaximal exercis will cause blood viscosities, RBC,HCT and HB increase significantly whether or not on the day of pre- HiHiLo,the third day of HiHiLo,the day after HiHiLo. A submaximal exercis will cause red cell deformability decrease significantly on the day of pre- HiHiLo, the third day of HiHiLo, but it will not cause red cell deformability decrease on the day after HiHiLo.(5) acute- HiHiLo(three days )will not produce the same effection as 4-weeks HiHiLo.
