Under the education principle for all-around development, moral education hasreceived our country's outstanding tradition, like the personality, the human nature andthe human relations all could obviously, elaborates this kind of question trace from ourancient time; Moreover it has also excavated the western high quality resources, such asrational scientific spirit, belief education and liberal education and so on. Since ourcountry developed the education for all-around development, the school moral educationhas been under this very big impact, the values has been enriched, the practice way beennoveled, the appraisal system been opened. The school moral education is playing theguidance role in the education for all-around development, the moral quality, in person'scomprehensive qualities, is the most important. As the status is so important, thereforehas the necessity first to solve the traditional moral education existence problem. In theteaching practice we discovered that the school moral education also exists the followingproblems: moral content and the practical life set apart, the moral main body lacks, themoral understanding and the moral behavior disagree and so on, these all do not conformto the education for all-around development requirement, therefore we will inevitablysolve these problems to smooth the development of all-around education.Under the new background, the education for all-around development set the newrequirements to the school moral education. Main body education view, life educationview, life education view and belief education view and so on all have the newannotation from moral education ideal, practice, ultimate value, spiritual boundary, thesenew education views influence great on moral education since under the big backgroundof the moral education. The education for all-around development pay close attention toperson-this main body, emphasizes person's overall quality development. Therefore theschool moral education also needs to pay attention to students' all aspects, enables the regression of students; main body status, more attention to students' daily life experience,and finally tracks down the ultimate education, humanities value and the spiritual belief.Finally I propose several operational viewpoints from moral education innovationunder the all-round education development. The author think that in the moral educationsystem we should consider the seepage as the main ideal, seep the moral education goalin the teaching process to promote the teaching itself, to open up the connotation and thefunction, simultaneously to reach the goal of paying attention to the students' emotion,the manner and the values in the new class change program, which will be the directionand the tendency of the education and educational reform. The all-around educationemphasis on training the students' practice ability, moral education also emphasis on themoral practices, so under the education for all-around development, the moral educationsystem should consider the practice as the leading form. Then the new moral educationshould not only consider its intrinsic construction, but also consider the externalenvironment. The school is one part of the community, the community education is themain environment of the moral education, the moral education under the all-arounddevelopment education should be combined with the students' life world, then thecommunity is one part of life, community education just accommodate with the need ofthe moral education.
