Nowadays, the modern technology is developing more rapidly and international competition is more intensively, while the information technology is widely used, all of which is a real challenge to education. As a main part of basic education and a required course, the musical teaching should be adapted for times aging and improve away the problems in the musical teaching that we pay much more attention to teaching and training musical knowledge skill but ignore emotional cultivation of the students. The first part discusses three aspects, which are the analysis of emotional factor in preparing teaching, emotional factors in every teaching procedure and emotional analysis of the relationship between the teachers and the students; The second part discusses four aspects, which are feeling and appreciation education, behavioral teaching, creative teaching and music with related culture.Chapter Four: the demands for the music teachers in the emotional educationThis chapter involves four aspects, which are that the teacher should have good class emotion, understand the content of teaching absolutely, protect the self-pride and confidence of the students and use the artistic teaching method.Emotion education is one of the core of modern personality education. As long as you have luxuriant emotions, you will make your principal spirit coruscated and build a high-minded personality, such as responsible and enterprising, active and creative. Basic musical education must be based on emotional cultivation by following and using the special feature that music is adept in expressing and inspire emotions. In the musical education we should take human as the foremost and have the emotional cultivation go through the whole class so that the students can change from the study of skill to the development of personality.
