Emotion and cognition are two aspects of people’s psychological development and education which can not be segmentation and interaction. In the traditional ideas of teaching quality view, knowledge or unilateral capability are become the center of the education. For the emotional factors do not get the attention what we deserve, it will hinder the further development of quality education. Obviously, it’s necessary and urgent for us to re-understanding the position and the role of emotional education in basic education.By using the Literature analysis method, the study had understood the research status and achievements of the emotional teaching. Then,the study had researched the application of current situation of affective factors in junior middle school mathematics teaching. Combined with the emotion teaching theory, the teaching experiments had carried out for a period of 5 months, to test the rationality and feasibility of emotional teaching strategy.The research results show that teachers’ emotional teaching strategies has a significant promotion for stimulating student’s interest in learning,According to the results of the survey: It has up to 80% of the teachers do not pay enough attention to the teaching process of emotional target in the teaching goal design in survey areas. These teachers design the teaching goals without emotion or the emotion goal just becomes a mere formality. There are four factors influencing students’ mathematics learning emotion, personality charm of teachers, teaching methods, teaching organization and teaching evaluation. Studies on the four related factors, the study construct the implementation strategies of emotion teaching as follows:Pay attention to the teaching of emotion goal setting;Pay attention to the creation of democratic and open learning environment;Pay attention to the deep processing of teaching content;Pay attention to students’ emotional experience. Focus on the evaluation of teachers’ incentive and teachers’ personality charm. The experimental study was carried out by using the teaching strategy,The students positive emotion had formed and Cognitive factors improved. This experiment has achieved a certain effect.Expecting this research can play a valuable role in providing a useful reference for the majority of teachers. According to the different materials, different students, different environment etc,combined with their own teaching practice,teachers can formulate emotional teaching strategies which suitable for themselves.
