The teachers'conscience is the teacher's conscience in education,It's the conscious cognition of the teacher for the moral duty which proposed to the teacher from the society in education practice, and the moral responsibility and self-appraisal ability forming in which foundation. The teachers'conscience is the organic unification formed with the moral cognition, the moral emotion and the moral will in the teachers'individual consciousness.The teachers'conscience manifest in the following ways in the education practices process.The first is the cognition of the professional moral duty from the teacher, it includes the teachers'cognition on the education and the students, as well as the results in education. The second is the teachers'sense of responsibility for the students and the educational cause. The third is the self control and self-appraisal ability on educational behavior of the teacher. The forth is the emotional experience of peace, relief and pride or restless, guilt and remorse founded in the self-appraisal ability. The teachers'conscious is the starting point and the foundation of the teachers'moral qualities, it dominates the motive and the behavior of the teacher, and supervises and adjusts the whole process of the teachers'behavior, and makes self-appraisal to the teachers'behavior, and then strengthens the teachers'moral faith unceasingly.The teachers'conscience emerges and develops in the course of education practice, and is made by their educational experience together with the interpersonal relationship in the environment. Only then in the education practice can produce the benefit relations and the moral relations between the teacher and the students, as well as the relations between the teacher and the education course. The events and the relations between the teacher and students in the education practice all can affect the discerning ability of the teachers'conscience. The teachers'conscience also only then through the accumulation of recognition and experience can develop unceasingly.Moreover, as a result of limitations of the teachers'education experience and the cognition about the education and students in the education practice process. The teachers'conscience also inevitably encounters the winding course shaded and clarified in its growth process. The teachers'conscience possibly become numb and dull because of being deeply shaded by the mood, the wrong cognition, the unhealthy ways and customs. But in the meantime, it also possibly becomes clarified gradually along with the teacher's growth, the deepening cognition and the accumulation of the experience.It has the greatest influence in the students and the education that the teachers'conscience is shaded, it's particularly the injury which creates to the students. But after teachers'conscience is clarified, it's the guilty and the lamentation pain of the innermost feelings of the teacher. But this kind of emotion experience precisely becomes the power which the teacher consummates unceasingly. But, to avoid this kind of bitter experience, the teacher wants to reverse all the things shading the teachers'conscience, than enable the teachers'conscience to be clarified. It just needs consummate and enhance the teachers'understanding about the education unceasingly, and needs the accumulation on education experience of the teacher. The teachers'conscience is precisely growing unceasingly in the innumerable winding process shaded and clarified, and becomes more and more keen, more and more stable or mature, the teacher also will have a little less in regret and feel fewer guilt in the education practice process.
