Teaching conscience is teachers’ self-awareness to the external teaching regulation, internalization of stable teaching will and faith. And on this basis, it is the teaching value consciousness and high sense of moral responsibility that is formed actively. Finally, it can guide the external teaching behavior. This study uses qualitative research method to make a exploration on the basic conditions of teacher’s teaching conscience in actual teaching situation, in order to solve three problems: Firstly, describing teachers’ teaching conscience in the form of stories in actual teaching life; Secondly, based on the description and analysis of teachers’ teaching conscience, this paper makes a further explanation on it’s connotation, formation mechanism, influencing factors, generated characteristics and so on; Thirdly, this study makes reflections, and puts some proposals and prospects for further research of teachers’ teaching conscience.This research mainly includes the following several parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly elaborates research background, research purpose and meaning, and makes a comb on the research status of teachers’ teaching conscience.The second part is the theory. Based on the analysis on the connotation and characteristic of conscience, this part puts the basic connotation, and formation mechanism of teachers’ teaching conscience.The third part is the design and implementation of the research, which mainly introduces the research method, research object, research process, the collection and analysis of research data and so on.The fourth part is the understanding on the concept of teachers’ teaching conscience from different teacher individual in daily life. Through the data presentation, this part analyzes the general views on the connotation of teaching conscience from teachers group.The fifth part is the narrative of the stories about teachers’ teaching conscience in actual teaching life. It mainly presents its details from five aspects:the moral relations between teachers and society, themselves, students, teaching and colleagues. Every presented story reveals this teachers’ teaching conscience and his understanding about it.The sixth part is the analysis of its operation mechanism, including the details of the formation mechanism, influencing factors, generated characteristics and so on.The seventh part is the research reflection and prospect from the following aspects:the research orientation, the data collection and analysis method and the research ethics. What’s more, it puts forward the prospects for the further study of teachers’ teaching conscience.The last part is a conclusion, which puts a new hope for the further development of the teaching conscience.
