Dalian Region The Quality Of Open And Distance Education Students In Research

The modern long-distance opening education is the most main school form in the TV University at present, which is based on independent study for the students and imparting counseling with the teachers for auxiliary, and it has manifested long-distance and the opening characteristic fully. In the studying process, the students study independently by many kinds of long-distance methods, such as, the TV University on-line, the network-teaching platform, the satellite TV, the video recording and so on. It forms compound talented person who has the synthesis quality. In order to promote the student to study and realize the effective conformity of teaching and studying again, it transforms from the tradition educational model to the modern long-distance opening education pattern. As a local TV University, it needs widely to study the implementation condition of the domestic and foreign modern long-distance opening education, especially the implementation condition of quality education in the research opening education, and carries on the system analysis and proposes the countermeasure in view of the question. This article take the Dalian Broadcast Television University as the research object through the research and on-the-spot investigation and carried on the thorough inspection of the student's quality condition. Thus, it analyses existent questions and discusses the solutions. The author obtains the statistical data of the questionnaire survey, carries on the analysis, and emphatically discusses the student's quality situation in the opening education. According to this, she analyzes the student's question in politics, independent study ideas, study skill, social practical ability and so on, and proposes strengthening the political education reasonably, transforming the teachers and students ideas, deepening education organizational reform, strengthening the social practice, building quality education platform multi-channelly and so on.
