Research On The Impact Of Education Opening Up On High-quality Economic Developmen

Our country is in the critical period from the stage of rapid economic growth to the stage of high-quality development.However,facing the demographic structure change of aging population and declining fertility rate at home,and facing the technology monopoly blockade of western developed countries abroad.It is urgent to accelerate the training of professional and technical talents,release the talent dividend.But the innovation of technology and the accumulation of human capital also put forward higher requirements for education.It is necessary for our country to continuously promote the strategy of opening education to the outside world and employ people who have talents and intelligence for high-quality economic development.Expanding education opening to the outside world requires us to take the initiative to strengthen the ties between countries,improve the quality of our education,and continue to advance the cause of overseas students.On the one hand,absorb and learn from the excellent experience of foreign schools to improve the quality of teaching;On the other hand,we should constantly attract talents to China,accumulate human capital,and put the cultivation of talents in the important position of education opening to the outside world.Therefore,the research and opening of education to the outside world is of great significance to our economic highquality development.Firstly,this paper discusses the path mechanism between educational opening to the outside world and high-quality economic development through literature review and theoretical model analysis,so as to improve the credibility of causal identification among the three factors of educational opening to the outside world,mediating variables and high-quality economic development.Secondly,in order to comprehensively and objectively reflect the opening to the outside world of education and high-quality economic development,a number of indicators of opening to the outside world of education are selected from the two aspects of international education and international exchange and cooperation,and a high-quality economic development indicator system is constructed based on the new development concept.Based on time series data and panel data,this paper empirically studies the impact of education opening to the outside world on high-quality economic development from the perspective of higher education service trade.The empirical results show that:(1)Education opening to the outside world can promote high-quality economic development.Student education and international exchanges and cooperation can contribute to high-quality economic development through consumption,human capital,investment and technological progress.(2)Education opening to the outside world also presents obvious regional differences to the high-quality economic development;(3)Improving the international competitiveness of higher education service trade and promoting the construction of Chinese personnel system are effective guarantee mechanisms to realize high-quality economic development in China.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)Focusing on the construction of "One Belt and One Road" to continuously attract international students to China,encourage them to study abroad and return home for development,actively participate in international educational exchanges and cooperation,so as to expand consumer demand,stimulate investment,improve human capital,promote technological progress,and promote high-quality economic development;(2)Continuously increase the investment in educational resources,narrow regional differences,and reduce the inequity caused by uneven educational resources.Through the differentiated and distinctive education opening strategy,improve the quality of education and lay a talent foundation for highquality economic development;(3)Accelerate the "going out" and "bringing in" of education opening up to the outside world,and give full play to the positive role of education opening up to the outside world through consumption,investment,human capital,technological progress to our high-quality economic development.
