| Nowadays, the distance education in our country has obtained a very good achievement, accumulated many successes experiences. At the same time, the quality of distance education also receives universal attention from the society. The quality is the lifeline of distance education, if will not have the good quality, the distance education will receive people's suspicion, and will be unable to develop. This research divides the factors that influence the quality of modern distance education into the subjective and the objective factor. In subjective factor aspect, the people tread to receiving traditional quality concept when concerns the quality of distance education, this is disadvantageous to the development of distance education. Sets up correct quality concept of distance education is the foundation of appraisal distance education reasonable. The author constructs a three-dimensional model to inspect the quality of distance education from the students'type, universities'type and the structure. Certainly, the inspection of the quality of distance education cannot limited in the subjective aspect, because the influence of it also has the objective aspect. In the objective aspect, this research obtains four aspects that influence the quality of the distance education from the analysis of the system of distance education, with curriculum related factor (including the system of curriculum and resources); with student related factor (including learners, the study process and study support service); with management related factor and rear service factor. The teachers are also important factors for the quality of the distance education. According to the elaborates above, this research puts forward the proposal to enhance the quality of the distance education.1. Completes the learners'work. 2.
