Modern Distance Education Teaching Reform

Strengthening teaching management, standardizing it and making it modernizedwill carry out teaching goals. Based on a large amount ot interrelated literature,the problems in modern long distance education management are deeply anylysedfollowed with specific solutions.There are five parts in this paper. The first part is about the problems inmodern long distance education managemant and the significance of the research.The second part is to analyse the concepts of long distance education, openingeducation, modern long distance opening deucation management. It also lists thefunction of modern long distance opening education management, it' s that modernlong distance opening education management will lead to the high quality oflearning resources, and will guarantee the foundation of learning aided service.It will also standardize the teaching process and control the teaching quality.In the third part, four specific problems are summarized. They are the lack ofresources' construction and utilizing, the lag of teaching staff, the absenceof educational facilities and the nonstandard assessment to students. The fourthpart is about how to deal with these problems and bring up relevant solutions.The last part mainly takes Dalian Broadcasing TV University as an example toanalyse the modern long distance opening education management mode. Some methodsof operationg from this university are introduced too.
