There are three hundred and seventy-three undergraduates from freshmen to three grade who were investigated with Chinese version of EMBU, achievement motivation scales(AMS) and general wellbeing (GWB)scales in order to test the features of their parenting style, achievement motivation ,subjective wellbeing conditions and the relationship between them. According to the research, I draw the following conclusion:First, there exists signalization difference on population variables' parenting style.Secondly, there exists signalization difference among different students in different gender, specialty and grade, but see from the family variables ,there doesn't exists signalization difference.Third, there exists gender difference between male undergraduates' subjective wellbeing and female undergraduates' subjective wellbeing. But there doesn't exists signalization difference among different undergraduates in different specialty, grade and family.Fourthly, father's warmth factor predicted the achievement motivation remarkably, ill rearing style such as punishment and strictness can go ill with the foster of achievement motivation.Fifthly, parents' understanding and solicitude have full-face influence on undergraduates' subjective wellbeing , but ill rearing style such as rejection, indulge and strictness have revere influence. Father's rearing style have more important influence on undergraduates' subjective wellbeing.
