Study On The Professionalization Of Management In Colleges And Universities In China

China has entered into the popularization of higher education, and the administration of universities has become more and more important. The professionalization of university administrators is an inevitable trend. Universities in developed countries have realized the professionalization of administrators, administration makes tremendous contribution in promoting the universities long-term development. Strengthening the research about professionalization of university administrators in China can improve the management level of universities and make our colleges into world first-class colleges, which can promote the development of our higher education.The research employs means of document research, case analysis, qualitative and quantitative research to discuss and analyse the professionalization of university administrators in our country on the basis of analysing present research situation and comparing with the professionalization of university administrators in western countries. Then learning from the experience of developed countries and regions in higher education circle, combining the implementation of the university staff system, this paper put forward some feasible proposals in order to advance the professionalization of university administrators in our country. These proposals includes aspects of the government stratification, the school stratification, the individual stratification and the social necessary facilities. Every aspect put forward some specific measures and proposals, it is also the focus of the research.The author hopes to arouse the awareness of the professionalization of university administrators and provide some proposals to promote the professionalization of university administrators.
