| Teacher professionalization is an important trend of current international educationg reform. In the wave of teacher professionalization reform, our teacher also explored the issues of teacher professionalization and teacher quality. This essay attempts to use comparative analysis and questionnaire investigation methods, through a combination of theory and pratice, to research in-depth and systematically on our primary and secondary school teacher professionalization. My focus is on the analysis of the existing situation of teacher professionalization and reveals its main problems, thereby further explore effective ways and strategies of resolving these problems. |
