Education is at the cutting edge of the modernalization process and plays a significant role. Teacher professionalization has become a main trend of education. The implementation of teacher autonomous development can benefit teacher professional development and facilitate the reform and development of compulsory education.Teacher autonomous development reflects main characteristic of modern education and plays a key role. The paper researches into current situation and influencing factors of autonomous development of chemical teachers in Fengrun town of Tangshan and also provides some advice. Not only increasing salaries but also realization of self-worth can give impetus experience. Supervisors should create a favorable facilitating teacher autonomous development because school development is greatly influenced by teacher development. |
