It is widely acknowledged that Physics is a difficult subject. This is especially true for the basic concepts and rules which will hinder full grasp of some chapter or physics as a whole if students have not a good command of the basic rules and concepts. To solve this issue, a good way is to help students to develop a proper learning strategy which focus on taking initiatives, feedback, and adjustment. Physics learning strategy is comprised of Physics phenomenon learning strategy, concept and rules learning strategy, and problem- solving strategy and so on. Formulation of physics concept is dispensable from Physics rules establishment. This pilot program is designed to explore learning strategy on Physics rules and concept and further to develop student's approach on physics rules and concept learning.This thesis starts with an introduction of current status of learning strategy study including definition, structure and exercise of learning strategy. Middle-school students learning strategy questionnaire is designed by incorporating new philosophy on Physics. Following a survey of status of Physics learning strategy of 1st grade of senior high school students, Necessity of improvement Physical learning strategy is evidenced. The experiment takes Implicit Penetrating approach by instructor, following the steps: Perception, Exercise, feedback, and adjustment (In details, Motivate, set questions, think, try personally, experience, discuss, and take notes.). Through analyzing results of experiments, conclusions are drawn as below:1. The Physics learning strategy exercise effectively prevent polarization2. It is helpful in terms of improving students learning ability, evidenced by good feedback of the subject students3. It shows the effectiveness is closely related to the length of learning strategy exercises. The longer, the better.4. It can help to narrow the gap of learning strategy between first-class schools and second class schools.
