Since the Ministry of Education promulgated the Curriculum Standards of Full-time Compulsory Education in 2011,The purpose of classroom teaching is gradually changing from knowledge teaching to ability and skill training,the improvement of students' physical ability has always been a hot issue in Physical Education.Experimental ability plays an important role in physical ability,the improvement of experimental ability depends on the physical experiment teaching in the classroom,However,there are many problems in the current physics experiment teaching in junior middle school.Therefore,this study focuses on how to design effective teaching strategies to improve students' physical experiment ability.First of all,based on the relevant literature research,this paper briefly expounds the theory of Situational Cognition and Learning,Establishes the ability system of students'physical experiment,At the same time,combining with the author's own work experience,it puts forward many factors that affect the ability of physical experiment.Then designs a questionnaire survey of junior middle school physics teachers that based on the factors that affect the ability of physical experiment,Through statistical analysis of data,four factors influencing the ability of physical experiment are obtained,they are:Situation creation and teaching mode;Thinking and practice ability;Observation and imitation ability;Knowledge presentation mode.Secondly,in view of the above factors that affect the ability of physical experiment,we design the teaching strategies of physical experiment from the perspective of Situational Cognition and Learning theory,which are different from the traditional teaching.They are:Representation of physical experiment classroom situation from multiple perspectives;Design the experimental class of "project-based learning";The design and implementation of the extended experiment after class;Design the practical community of students' group experiment.Finally,in order to evaluate the effect of the teaching strategies proposed in this paper,an evaluation tool for physical experiment ability is designed and compiled——PTA scale.Through the pre-test and posttest plan,two classes with different experimental teaching strategies were investigated,the results showed that after four months of teaching in the first half of 2019-2020 academic year,It is found that the students in the experimental group who use the teaching strategies proposed in this paper have significantly higher scores of physical experiment ability than those in the control group who do not use the strategies.Thus,it shows that the teaching strategy of junior high school physics experiment proposed in this paper is scientific,reasonable,feasible and better than the traditional experimental teaching method in improving students' physics experiment ability.
