Needy College Students Financial Assistance System

Higher education has got rapid development in our country. And it has been stepping into a period called "popularize education". With its enlargement in scale and the number of the students, there comes the great increase of poor students in total. To solve this problem, our government has adopted sorts of approaches in different period. However, it is not enough. It remains a long term and hard work to establish the financial aid system with the central idea of education.Considering the latest practice and the analysis of cause of poor students together with the development and problems of the financial aid system, we try to make a perfect, stable, effective system which means right equal to obligation what financial aid integrated with education. This will help them to face the difficulties and problems in a healthy, optimistic and sanguine mental outlook and view as well as excellent character, such as gratefulness, honesty and self-improvement. This essay can be divided into three parts as follows:The first part: according to the result of the college investigation, some problems can be analyzed, such as, the cause of the group of the poor students, the problems of their lives, study and thought together with the influence on themselves and the college.The second part: elaborating the evolvement of the financial aid in college and its achievement and problem.The third part: based on the latest development and financial aid direct and the different advantages of various financial aid approaches, an idea can be put forward to establish a college poor student financial aid system.
