Teachers In The Eyes Of School Management

This article illustrated the school management of a rural middle school using qualitative research.The writer collected arranged and analyzed some materials of some observations, interviews and some daily chatting in their everyday life. And the writer studied the humanity of common teachers from the teachers'true feeling to know "how are the teachers'feeling?" in school management in order to achieve the harmonious school management.This article is made up of five parts. In the first part, that is, preface, the writer analyzed the studying background, the choosing of studying methods, the material collecting and the dealing with material. The writer also summarized the "viewpoint"of teachers' management and introspected the studying process. The second part is the main part of the article, according to the further interview of five representatives in the school and their complex feeling about the school management. As one of the teachers in this school, the writer analyzed the present situation of this schools' management by the writer's introspect. So the writer shows us the true scene of the school management according to the fully explore and comprehension. In the third part of the article, It illustrated and analyzed some problems in detail, such as "appreciate the human life", "attitude decides everything", "teachers and school system" etc. In the four part, Cause and present sisuation for teachers management in our school, presentation of my ideas. In the five part, that is, conclusion, the writer illustrated the "people oriented" new concept of teacher management.It needs to establish the centre position of the teachers in the school work. And the manager should change the concept and set up a diverse encouragement system to meet the spirit demand of teacher reasonably. At last, the writer put forwards some concrete measures to the school and the concrete actions of this school.
