With the fast development of information technology, network is widely used in every field of society, becoming a necessary important part of people's life, work and study. In the field of education, the wide use of network brings new life to education in the new century; new educational concept and the conformity of network technology make up many new teaching models, such as Self-regulated Learning in network environment, Collaborative Learning in network environment, Inquire Learning in network environment, etc. Among them, Self-regulated Learning in network environment causes the greatest attention and becomes the main teaching models in network instruction. The Self-regulated Learning in network environment means that the learner uses the aiding service system for learning provided by networks to choose cognitive tools, decide learning aims and contents and realize the meaningful building of knowledge through alternative, interactive and active learning process.There are three parts in this paper. Firstly, we analyze the theory of Self-regulated Learning; conclude the teaching guidance mode of Self-regulated Learning, then have a comparison with the traditional teaching guidance mode. Secondly, we demonstrate our theory. There are two aspects here. At first, we work out the independence measure as to Self-regulated Learning of junior, which evaluates the students' abilities. Then we make experimentation in order to prove its possibility and applicability at actual class teaching, under the environment of course resources study system of the network high school belonging to Renmin University of China. The experimentation includes three points :(1) score comparison between the experiment class and non-experiment one, which shows the whole teaching result. (2) We investigate three students with different scores, getting the result of different lever of students to a certain degree. (3) Through the group discussion and questionnaire, we know the students' recognition to the teaching guidance mode under the network environment. (4) Teachers' feedback. Lastly, we make conclusions and look ahead.The experimentation tells us that the teaching guidance to Self-regulated Learning can help students to strengthen their Self-regulation in study, help teachers to improve students' scores, and can develop theirs' abilities to Self-regulated Learning.
