Due to the advantages, such as resource sharing, media in various forms and efficient interactive, network has become a very important influencing factors in people's living and learning. It also provide convenience for students'self-regulated learning. Despite this, there are still some problems in students'self-regulated learning, Such as blindness of learning , poor information processing capability, the lack of help and the lack of assessment and reflection for present learning. These problems lead to students'Inefficient learning.This paper analyzed existing research on college students'self-regulated learning and strategies by literature analysis, explained the mechanism of self-regulated by the theory and model, based on this, make a summary for college students'self-regulated learning in network environment and put forward a self-regulated learning model. Secondly, this paper investigate the college students'self-regulated learning present situation by inquisition and interviewing. In this way, we can define the problems on college student'present self-regulated learning in network environment. Finally, based on the above analysis, we proposed a whole set of strategies for college students'self-regulated learning in network environment from five aspects, such as learning goal setting, resources setting, activities setting, evaluating and scholastic help, and applied these strategies by taking photoshop teaching content as an illustration.
