Vocational Education And Its Impact On China's Economic And Social Development

Nowadays, the progress of technology and the social economy developed at very fast speed, the quality of manpower resource has attracked more and more attention of the government and the industry circle. As an important part of education, professional education shoulders the significant task of culturing and transporting high-qualified talents of applied technology. Therefore, it has become a task of enormous importance as how to improve the competition power of professional education and build up its survival ability to accelerate the path of the economy and the society of china under the present position.This paper discusses the problem above mainly from the following three parts. The first chapter involves the present situation and problems of Chinese professional education. It can be divided into cleven sections, including1 ,it has not its own characteristic of running school;2,it is separated from the need of labour market;3,the mode of running school by schools and enterprises together has not come into practice; 4,the education quality is not high;5,people who received professional education accounts too small;6, the time of the education is too short;7,the speculation is lack;8,the rule of law is lack; 9, the outlay is too little; 10> the support of revelant policy is lack; 11 , the school runners have an obvious tendency of utility.The second chaper proposes the concrete reform thoughts and developing derection, which also has eleven sections, including:1 ,making it an important item of the professional education's reform and progress to develop occupation ability and push the carving-out education;2, making the education goal and major-planning according the labor market and of industry policy;3 ,strengthening the enterprises' sense of participation in the professional education and making them the main body of the education and training; 4,opening the mind and changing the old idea;5, increasing the number of students; 6, prolong the period; 7, strengthening the speculation;8, strengthening the rule of law;9, increasing the outlay; 10,adopting the professional education into lifelong education system and operating it in line with the idea of lifelong education; 11 , developing the middle or senior professional education selectively according to the...
