| That society develops and times advance needs many persons of high quality and subjectivity is the most important quality of a person, therefore, arousing the students' sense of subjectivity, enlarging and cultivating the students' subjectivity should be the main aim of modern education.The headteacher-centered management model causes the loss of the students' subjectivity, which does harm to the training of the persons of high quality. Therefore, it's necessary to change the model, return the class to students, and let the students manage it by themselves.The class is an important place where students grow. Senior middle school students have had the ability to carry on self-management, which makes it possible for senior middle school students to manage themselves in the building of a class collective.The paper, under guidance of the theories of educational administration, educational psychology, educational society, the headteacher and the building of a class collective, analyzes the disadvantages of the headteacher-centered management model, inquires into the theories of the students' self-management, and tries out the senior middle school students' "Three systems and three committees" self-management model in a certain range. The result of the experiment shows that in the building of a class collective, that senior middle school students manage their own class can strengthen their sense of subjectivity , improve their ability of self-management , advance the development of the students' personality and so on. The experiment also shows that teachers, including the headteachers should have a right opinion on the students, the attention should be paid to the role of a headteacher and the class culture should be reinforced and so on in order to promote the students' self-management.In the building of a class collective, the self—management of senior middle school students fit in with the requirement of quality education and enough attention should be paid to it. |
