This essay summarizes the former dissertations on team learning about learning style organizations and schools and carries out the discussions on the issues related with team learning consisting in the schools nowadays analyzing the three elements in school team learning from three aspects. Finally the fruit supported with not only the logical analyzing but the manipulating model and cases combined with theories and practice.Firstly, It advances some disadvantages to team learning in establishing the studying style schools. We shall understand and see it clearly from three aspects on establishing school teams' learning, namely presenting the three elements, school culture, school regulation and thinker preference, in school team learning macroscopically and microcosmically.Secondly, It reviews the history of the development of organization theory to find the three elements of team learning related with theories of administration. It makes a theoretical base for advancing the carrying out of the school team learning that making it clear about the influence on the team learning from the three elements and the relations between them.Finally, It puts forward the conformity theory model of school team learning, namely the conformity models of school regulation, thinker preference and school culture. It is supported with environment, conforms the driving factors in the team, and focuses on the individuals, teams and the feedback among teams. It constructs kinds of scenes in school team learning and advances operating ways in detail. Only in this way the team learning in schools can be operated effectively and therefore constructing the learning style schools, making a jointly development of individuals and schools.
