Referring to the definition of scholar Song Guandong,this study defines children’s conformity behavior as the behavior or attitude consistent with the object produced by the subject due to the influence of the object.Since this research focuses on the children in a particular class,the subject refers to the children who follow the crowd behavior in the class,and the object influence refers to the tangible or intangible influence caused by the class children,teachers or the rule situation.For the convenience of observation,this study defines the conformist behavior event of children as:under a certain situation,when some children show the behavior or attitude consistent with the situation because of being influenced,we think that a conformist behavior event has occurred.Events consist of subject,object,and consistent behavior or attitude.A large class in the kindergarten where the author works is selected as the research object.The conformity behavior in class was studied by literature,observation and interview.There are a total of 36 children in this class,including 19 boys and 17 girls.Class has been as a child to take them to the author,also have more understanding of the class,and by more than two years to get along with the establishment of a more intimate relationship,can let the children’s performance more real nature,the collection of data will be more convenient,at the same time,the result of research is more advantageous to the author in the late work,provides a more scientific and reasonable education for young children.Through the research,it is found that the conformity behavior of children in big classes is relatively high,which permeates into every aspect of children’s daily life basically.Even for children in a class,there will be age differences in conformity behaviors,but there is no significant difference in gender factors,only the performance level of male and female students is different in different types of conformity behaviors.Boys show a higher level of conformity in terms of language,action and game content selection,while girls show a higher level of conformity in terms of rules and norms,group and small group selection.The main reasons for children’s conformity include:to avoid censure,to seek praise and affection from teachers,to belong to a group and not to be isolated,not to think with the majority.and to be consistent with good friends.The factors that influence children’s conformity behavior include children’s own factors,adult factors and peer group factors.In addition,the paper classifies the types of conformity behaviors in a class from different dimensions,and then puts forward some Suggestions for the development of education in the future. |
