As the saying goes,"educate people first",mental health is not only an important foundation for the growth of college students,but also a fundamental requirement for the implementation of moral education.Research shows that mental health problems are common among college students in China,and the proportion of depression and anxiety among college students is higher,and the level of depression among women is significantly higher than that of men,and their attitude toward psychological help is gradually becoming negative.Emotional experience and emotion regulation self-efficacy as an important factor affecting individual mental health has attracted widespread attention,and physical exercise can effectively improve emotion regulation self-efficacy.Research on the influence of emotion regulation self-efficacy by domestic and foreign scholars has mainly focused on the influence of exercise prescription on emotion regulation self-efficacy,but less research has been conducted on the influence of various factors in the process of physical exercise on emotion regulation self-efficacy.In this context,this paper introduces field theory,self-efficacy theory and achievement motivation theory,and focuses on the influence of college volleyball team field on female college students’ emotion regulation self-efficacy.By analyzing the development path of college volleyball team field on female college students’ emotion regulation self-efficacy,the paper improves the development level of female college students’ emotion regulation self-efficacy and promotes female college students’ physical and mental health development.Based on the content of semi-structured interviews,this paper firstly extracts the conceptual scope of college volleyball team field using the rooting theory research method,forms a theoretical model of college volleyball team field factors,and develops a college volleyball team field factors scale with good reliability and validity.Secondly,the self-administered Collegiate Volleyball Team Field Factor Scale,Emotion Regulation Strategy Scale and Emotion Regulation Self-Efficacy Scale were used as the research tools to conduct a questionnaire survey,and the data analysis software such as SPSS25.0 and AMOS26.0 were used to conduct an empirical study to explore the mechanism of the influence of Collegiate Volleyball Team Field Factor on female college students’ emotion regulation self-efficacy and to test the effect of emotion regulation strategies cognitive The study was conducted to examine the mediating effects of emotion regulation strategies(cognitive reappraisal and expression inhibition)in the college volleyball team field and female college students’ emotion regulation self-efficacy.Finally,we suggest strategies to improve female college students’ emotion regulation self-efficacy.The main findings of this paper are: first,the overall college volleyball team field factor and its four dimensions significantly contribute to the overall emotion regulation self-efficacy of female college students and its three dimensions.Secondly,the overall college volleyball team field and its four dimensions can influence female college students’ emotion regulation self-efficacy through the mediating effect of cognitive reappraisal.Third,the college volleyball team field as a whole and its four dimensions could not influence female college students’ emotion regulation self-efficacy through the mediating effect of expression inhibition.Based on the findings of the study,the following recommendations are made:(1)At the level of universities,universities should improve their own sports resources construction system and strengthen the supply of sports resources for volleyball teams;enhance the discourse of university volleyball education and enrich the participation form of female college volleyball teams;add various forms of mental health education courses and provide professional psychological counseling services for female college students.(2)At the level of volleyball teams,volleyball teams should improve the rationality and standardization of daily operation and management of college volleyball teams;improve the sense of collective honor and role model of college volleyball teams;pay attention to the interests of female college students in college volleyball teams;carry out spiritual culture construction activities of volleyball teams;and pay attention to the training and improvement of basic volleyball skills.(3)At the individual level,female college students should actively improve the capital possession of their personal volleyball team field;strive to improve their own initiative of using cognitive reassessment strategies.
