Research On Project Management Of Information Educational Equipment Maintenance In Primary And Middle Schools In Zhejiang Province

With the the depth of educational information,the attention of state education investment and increasing in funding make an increasing number in equipment resources,especially information educational equipment.Information educational equipment,as the material carrier of education informationization, its normal operation directly affects the quality and efficiency of school education informationization,the quality in teaching of teachers and learning of students.After equipment purchase,for making equipment run normally,maintenance in information educational equipment is the second investment to play equipment effectiveness, and affects the development of school education.Therefore, information educational equipment’s maintenance is an important part in equipment management.Researching on information educational equipment’s management,optimizing mode and reducing maintenance costs in primary and middle schools, have the considerable theoretical and practical realistic meaning to improve economic benefits of equipment.Project management firstly appeared in U.S,and now it is a widely used management method.Following the rapid economic development in our country, project management has become an important mean to implement management for domestic government departments or enterprises and institutions.Under the constraints of schedule, cost, quality and other factors,the nature of project management is seeking the best management way.So what, using project management theory to solve the problems in information educational equipment’s maintenance of primary and middle schools,is feasible. Based on the above background,this peaper carris out study around the information educational equipment maintenance in primary and middle schools.Firstly, by case study method,author conducts research in two middle schools in jinhua city and a country instrument station,to preliminarily understand the current situation of the information educational equipment’s maintenance in primary and middle schools;Secondly, author conducts a survey to city and country in zhejiang province via questionnaire survey and interview method;Then,by using the SPSS technology tool, author carris in-depth analysis to the survey data;Once more, author does feasibility analysis on using project management in equipment maintenance,and combining the characteristics of information educational equipment,introduces maintenance system on status,basing on equipment maintenance management theory;Finally,author plans organizational structure of information educational equipment and the construction of the project team by using project mangerment;In cost management process,author proposes the program to optimize the cost management by using project resource management,sorts the factors which affects cost control,and uses ABC analysis method in spare parts management.
