With the expanding of the economic discrepancy in different areas of China, the number of the drainage of teachers in developing areas is seriously increasing, and this has become one of the most important factors that greatly restrict their educational development, It needs researching on and settling, This paper will deal with the actuality of Jianhu, a county in northern Jiangsu, trying to know more about the current situation and the origin of the loss of middle school teachers, so as to make some corresponding solutions to stabilize that county's teacher team, It would be much better if it could offer some reference for solving the problem of the drainage of teachers in developing areas, On the basis of expatiating the corresponding theories of teachers' loosing problem, the paper has a serious and detailed discussion about the situation of Jianhu county by means of paper survey, individual interview and literature-collecting; moreover, it analyzes the problem both theoretically and practically, Based on the analysis, it offers several suggestions as follows: For the central government, it should put great importance to economic development, try ing to decrease the economic gap between different areas, build a rational system to regulate the teaching sauces for basic education, make consummate laws and policies about the flowing of different talents, and the last but not the least, provide developing areas with privileges, raising teachers' salaries, For local government, it can make some regulations about the flowing of teachers, compensation and special allowance for teachers, And for different schools, they should change their management principles, improve their management mode, and make corresponding regulations to stabilize their faculty.
