Adopting the Qualitative Research approach, which has been increasingly used in social science, this thesis devotes valuable explanations concerning the life stories and meaning of the objects of the study from a deep research of educational scenes. It tries to reveal the educational ideals of MFA who aim at improving their teaching level in the process of learning and practicing.Four MFAs majoring in chemistry are chosen as objects for the Qualitative Research. In this thesis the author describes their learning and teaching stories as well as the professional development and at the same time, analyzes their educational experiences so as to present the forming course of their educational ideal and faith. From these true stories demonstrate the necessity and reality of their major development. For MFA teachers, improving and rethinking educational ideals not only promote their own educational practice but also change their lifestyles. They will realize the truth and value of their existence beneficial for the professional progress.In the light of four MFAs, the study finally shows their promotion and development of MFAs' distinctive lives, including their study and motion, from the following aspects.1. They change the original educational ideals. The rough challenge that our modern education encounters is the change of educational conception. The teaching behaviors will naturally change in essence with appearance of new educational conceptions.2. Major rethinking becomes their habits. Rethinking from the teaching and studying experiences of MFAs leads to the profound consideration of the state and level of education which promote the professional progress.3. They all esteem the educational and teaching conception of the students first. Teachers should concentrate on the students in the whole teaching system and communicate with them equally in order to realize students' initiative development.4. They pursue Happy Education. They create the harmonious environment to arouse interest and remind their learning experience. The students gradually learn how to be good people from the happy education.5. They grow more professionally competitive. In their future teaching career, they aim at achieving such goals as to be active leaders of their teaching group instead of just fitting themselves in it passively.6. They become educational experts. Educational research is the essential condition for their major's development and at the same time, expands their specialized knowledge and enhances their professional capabilities.Although the research objects are MFAs who teach chemistry in some junior and senior schools, the resourceful results reflect the generality of their major's progression. In fact, as a teacher, the development of the major is related to the meaning of an endless topic, namely self-construction. The stories of MFAs with the cultural educational experiences will contribute a lot to other teachers' progress. It provides a chance to rethink teachers' careers so as to establish the professional roles of research educators.
